Prior to joining CFV you must take the CFV Fit Test. This is a baseline test that measures your overall fitness level. After this test we will also cover prices and show you around our facility.
Step 2: Schedule On Ramp Class
Once the Fit Test is completed then you schedule your On Ramp Program classes: This is a prerequisite to joining CFV. These 2 to 4 classes will introduce you to the CrossFit way of life. In these classes you will learn CFV methods and will cover basic movements as well as the CrossFit 9 Fundamental movements.
Step 3: Sign up for a Group Class
Sign up and commit yourself to Group Classes: Group Classes integrate technique and skill into a highly varied, high intensity interval workout. In group classes the workout is fun, motivating and can be very competitive. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie.
